Combined irrigation and aeration system
Many (young) trees suffer from drought or a lack of oxygen. These problems often arise due to excessive soil compaction beneath the paving. Efficient aeration and irrigation are therefore vital to support trees in paved areas. With conventional systems, there is a risk that irrigation may occur through the aeration tube. This was the starting point for the development of the LUWA system; a combined aeration and irrigation system that keeps water and air separate. The LUWA system is designed to promote optimal growth conditions.
