Payment condition new customers:

A first order should always be paid in advance after which production/delivery will take place.

What is the average delivery time?

Orders placed before noon will be processed the same day. Normally, delivery takes place within 1-2 business days (if in stock). With the exception of Eco products, steel edging, tree boxes and other exterior products.


Do you also deliver to the Wadden Islands or Zeelandic Flanders?

Yes, we also deliver to the Wadden Islands and in Zeeuws Vlaanderen. Please note: additional charges apply for deliveries to the Wadden Islands. No additional charges are applied for deliveries in Zeeuws Vlaanderen.


Can my order be delivered in parts?

We can make partial deliveries upon request.
Should you wish to receive products that are in stock earlier than products that are out of stock, we ask that you place 2 separate orders.


How will my order be delivered?

Depending on the size of your order, it will be delivered by one of our carriers or via DPD.
For deliveries with our carrier, the address must be accessible with a 13.6-meter trailer.


What are the transportation costs?

Transport costs are free of charge for orders over €750.00 excl. VAT delivered in the Netherlands (when purchased at once). With the exception of Airmax / Aquamax on rolls and root protection 200 cm.

The cost of transportation depends on the weight and size of the products ordered under €750.00 excl. V.A.T.

Different prices for transportation apply for tree planters and edging.

For countries outside the Netherlands, we charge different transportation costs and postage paid rates.

Would you like to return products?

We accept returns of goods provided they are unused and in good condition. For returns, we charge a 10% insertion fee of the gross price for logistics and the administrative operations.

The transportation cost for the return shipment is at your expense. We can, of course, organize the return transport for you.

Warranty or complaint?

GreenMax B.V. adheres to the warranty conditions as given by the manufacturer, without prejudice to legal rights regarding warranty and conformity.

Legal warranty means that you as a customer can expect a product to do what you can reasonably expect it to do.
A product should not have defects, which are not to be expected during its expected lifetime under normal use.

Your invoice also serves as proof of warranty, so keep this invoice in a safe place. In order to assess whether the product was purchased from GreenMax B.V., we will ask you for proof of purchase.
This can be the invoice, order confirmation, bank statement, or other proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we cannot evaluate whether the product was purchased from GreenMax B.V. and unfortunately cannot provide a warranty.

Should an item be damaged immediately upon receipt, please notify us as soon as possible. We can then exchange the product for a new one.
The cost of the exchange will be borne by GreenMax B.V. For complaints, please follow the warranty procedure.

Procedure regarding warranty or complaints

You may submit your complaint by e-mail at info@greenmax.eu o.v.v. complaint. You may also submit your complaint in writing. Our address is:

Your complaint will always be answered and addressed within a maximum of 3 business days. We strive to respond to your complaint within 24 hours.

To submit complaints, we ask that you send a good description of your complaint and, if possible, a photo.
Please clearly include your name, address, phone number, email address and order number when submitting your complaint.

If necessary, your complaint will be submitted to the manufacturer and together we will try to reach a proper solution.

Is customization possible with polyester tree boxes?

Yes, polyester tree boxes can be custom made from 20 pieces per size up. This is in connection with developing a new mold. Should any of our standard sizes not fit your design, you can switch to aluminum, for example. For more information, email info@greenmax.eu.

Is customization possible with RootBlock?

Yes, other thicknesses/heights of our root screens are available upon request at info@greenmax.eu.

Is customization possible with aluminum/corten steel tree boxes?

Yes, in terms of size, almost any size is possible and can be requested at info@greenmax.eu if necessary .

What is the validity of the tenders issued?

Our quotations are valid for up to 8 days from the date. The listed prices/discounts apply only when purchasing the entire order at once.

Can I add or change anything else to my placed order?

The best thing to do in this case is to contact our inside sales department directly at the phone number: +31 (0)413 294447. We will check if a change is still possible. If your order is already in processing, unfortunately a change will no longer be possible.

Is it possible to place an order via e-mail or phone?

Orders can be placed through the web shop or orders@greenmax.eu.
