The Green2Move tree boxes, known for their mobility, are ideal for flexible arrangements in commercial and public spaces. They can be easily moved for events or maintenance. These durable tree boxes, made from materials such as corten steel, polyester, or steel, are resistant to rot and decay, with an exceptionally long lifespan. Additionally, they are customisable and can be tailored to fit various tree species and sizes. Green2Move tree boxes are a great choice for those who value sustainability, flexibility, and customisation in green spaces, fully tailored to the specific requirements of the area.
Aluminium tree boxes are distinguished by their double-folded top edge, providing a timeless and robust appearance, and come with standard 15 mm high feet. These boxes undergo a powder coating process, which includes a primer and a scratch-resistant colour layer, while the interior is treated with a special primer. Aluminium tree boxes are available in all RAL colours and can be customised. Like the polyester boxes, they require careful cleaning twice a year using neutral (pH 6-8), non-abrasive cleaners, and high-pressure equipment and abrasive materials are discouraged. For light dirt on the powder-coated surface, it is recommended to use the same cleaners as those used for glass, followed by a thorough rinse with water.
Corten steel, a strong and weather-resistant material, forms a unique protective rust layer when exposed to the elements, which effectively protects it from further corrosion. Corten steel tree boxes have a warm and natural appearance in outdoor spaces. These tree boxes are typically 2 mm thick with a stylish double-folded top edge.
Corten steel tree boxes are customisable in almost any size and thickness, with the option of 90 mm high feet. They are delivered unrusted and develop a stable rust layer within 2-4 months, during which time some rust runoff may occur. Good drainage is essential to prevent water accumulation, and Hydrocorrel is not recommended as it retains water. Overflow pipes are also unsuitable for these boxes. For optimal placement, the boxes are supplied with 15 mm high feet to keep them raised from the ground.
Wooden tree boxes, made from FSC-certified tropical hardwood with a durability class of 1, guarantee longevity and a warm appearance. Due to the high durability class, these wooden tree boxes do not require treatment. Stainless steel fastenings are used, and the interior is lined with anti-root fabric. Customisation is available for some models.
Tree and plant boxes made from recycled plastic, available in various colours such as grey, black, brown, taupe, and beige, offer a sustainable and weather-resistant solution for public greening. These tree boxes are made from 100% recycled plastic. They are not only maintenance-free and rot-proof but also resistant to graffiti and vandalism. The solid, through-coloured material provides a distinctive look. Furthermore, these tree boxes are fully recyclable at the end of their very long lifespan, making them a sustainable choice. Almost all sizes are possible.
EPS/Polyurea tree boxes are made from EPS, a versatile and safe plastic known for its durability, eco-friendliness, and fire-retardant properties. The material is lightweight, fully recyclable, and offers high insulation and moisture resistance, making it ideal for a variety of applications in construction and horticulture. The tree boxes are finished with a Polyurea coating, which provides long-lasting protection against environmental influences, thanks to its tough, flexible, impact-resistant, wear-resistant properties, seamless application, temperature shock resistance, liquid-tightness, vapour permeability, and crack-bridging qualities, customisable with a topcoat of choice.
The EPS/Polyurea tree boxes offer endless design possibilities thanks to advanced techniques such as manual shaping, contour cutting, and 5-axis simultaneous milling, allowing even complex 3D shapes and large designs up to 10×3.6×3 metres to be realised. This flexibility enables the creation of tree boxes in unique shapes such as golf balls or flower pots, including personalised designs with inscriptions or municipal logos.
