Risks for amphibians and reptiles

To find suitable locations for hibernation, reproduction, or food, reptiles and amphibians travel through various parts of their habitat. These journeys are not without danger: road traffic, construction activities, and infrastructure projects pose significant risks to their safety.

Maintaining ecological balance

Protecting amphibians and reptiles during their vulnerable seasonal movements is crucial for their survival. Reptiles and amphibians play an important role in biodiversity and help maintain ecological balance.

Temporary protection for amphibians and reptiles

A smooth surface provides no grip for reptile claws, and a mesh structure offers no hold for amphibians. These two properties are thoughtfully combined, enabling both groups to be effectively protected with a single solution.
