GreenGuard Vermicompost

Vermicompost is one of the most effective fertilisers for healthy soil life and vigorous plant growth. The large amount of protozoa present ensures a high level of plant-available nitrogen and helps the soil food web convert organic material into nutrients. Vermicompost, made from carefully composted plant residues, provides an optimal soil structure and nutrient balance. As a result, trees and plants grow and bloom more healthily and are better able to withstand stress and disease.

GreenGuard Vermicompost is based on humus in which nutrients are bound. This ensures a very long-lasting effect. The soil improver only needs to be applied once a year. The humus structure also improves moisture regulation, preventing the soil from drying out quickly. In addition, vermicompost stimulates active soil life: micro-organisms, fungi and bacteria are activated and convert organic material into absorbable nutrients. This further increases the natural fertility of the soil.

GreenGuard Vermicompost can be applied to any soil and for any plant species. There is no risk of over-fertilisation, as vermicompost releases nutrients slowly and evenly to plants. The soil improver is very easy to use: mix it into the top layer of soil, spread it lightly over the lawn, or add it to the planting hole of trees and plants.
