In order to assess whether the product was purchased from GreenMax B.V., we will ask you for proof of purchase.<br \/>This can be the invoice, order confirmation, bank statement, or other proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we cannot evaluate whether the product was purchased from GreenMax B.V. and unfortunately cannot provide a warranty.<\/p>\n<p>Should an item be damaged immediately upon receipt, please notify us as soon as possible. You agree in advance with GreenMax on the total quantity of products you will purchase within a certain period. GreenMax delivers these products whenever you request a delivery. This gives you flexibility in your planning while the products remain reserved for you. If no call-off is made within the agreed period, GreenMax will first contact you. If no call-off follows, the products may still be delivered and invoiced or sold.<\/p>\n<h5>How does the agreement for a call-off order work?<\/h5>\n<p>You commit to purchasing the agreed quantity of products within the agreed period. GreenMax delivers the products each time you place a call-off.<\/p>\n<h5>Within what time frame must delivery take place?<\/h5>\n<p>Delivery takes place within the agreed period and no later than six months after the agreement has been concluded.<\/p>\n<h5>How does the number of deliveries work?<\/h5>\n<p>When the call-off order is set up, the number of deliveries is agreed in advance. These arrangements are clearly recorded beforehand.<\/p>\n<h5>Is there a price guarantee for a call-off order?<\/h5>\n<p>The gross prices stated in the quotation remain fixed for a maximum of six months. The agreed discounts are based on the quantities included in the quotation.
